Structural Changes

Coverage for the one-off project

Two plus years of building or renovation experience required.

 

The purchaser must possess their own General Liability Policy or go without General Liability coverage.

 

Policies available for 3, 6, 9, 12 months of coverage.

 

Structural change policy is written through Zurich and is subject to underwriting approval.

 

Coverage can traditionally be bound within 48 hours of request.
